These paintings are all about the sun bursting through the clouds - literally, metaphorically, or both.

For me, they’re a celebration of the beautiful skies I see over the sea everyday here in Brighton. They’re also about how happy I am to be here after my move, and how there’s now more hope and light on the horizon again after a trickier time.

I hope they can be a reminder to you that brighter days are coming if you need to hear that at the moment, or that they can remind you of how proud you should feel about how far you’ve come already.
